Fully washed at two central washing stations( owned by the cooperative).Double fermentation (dry for hours and humid to 24 Hours) soaked for 6-12 Hours, dried on raised beds, parchment stored in ventilated warehouse (50MT capacity and 15-25 C temperature); coffee pulp distributed to farmers for compost. soon to be dry-milled at Kopakama’s new mill

Kopakaki means ” cooperative of coffee farmers of kibuye” they celebrate their 10th anniversary this year.

Koapakai’farmers are proud to have gained access to electricity and water for the area. thanks to being in the cooperative, they can also now pay for health insurance and school fees, and have assisted people in repairing homes in the community when they have been damaged by severe weather conditions
