POST – HARVEST PROCESS:

Fully washed at two central washing stations( owned by the cooperative).Recently installed a new waster water filtration system, that includes water storage. This has served as a model for other Rwandan cooperatives. Cherry compost is available and encouraged for member use. New dry mill in operation this season, partly funded by Fair-trade premium.
